Sweepstakes Description: The Sweepstakes begins on December 18, 2017 and ends on December 22, 2017 (“Sweepstakes Period”). This Sweepstakes consists of one (1) daily winner selection, each a daily Sweepstakes. There will be a total of twenty five (25) prizes (five (5) prizes per daily sweepstakes) as outlined in the Prizes paragraph below. The entry period for each daily sweepstakes begins at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends at 5:00 p.m. PT that same day (“Daily Entry Period”). Pacific Time shall control for all purposes of this Sweepstakes. Sponsor’s computer shall be the official clock for purposes of the Sweepstakes. As part of the entry process for each daily sweepstakes, prospective Sweepstakes participants must watch the Wheel of Fortune (the “Show”) official Twitter feed on Twitter.com, currently entitled @wheeloffortune each day for the daily partially-solved puzzle (the 'Puzzle'). Prospective participants must then use their Twitter accounts to tweet the correct solution (the “Puzzle Solution”) (see the How to Enter paragraph below for details). Participants who do not have a Twitter account can create a free one according to the instructions on Twitter.com. Participants must agree to comply with the Twitter Terms of Use on Twitter.com in order to create a Twitter account. Final eligibility for the award of any prize is subject to eligibility verification, as set forth below.
How to Enter: To participate in the Sweepstakes, registered Twitter members who meet the eligibility requirements listed above must first register for Twitter accounts at http://twitter.com, follow @wheeloffortune, and be one of the first five participants to reply to @wheeloffortune with the correct solution to the daily Twitter Toss-Up Puzzle. Participants who have not first followed @wheeloffortune on before submitting any entries will not be eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. To participate, participants must send a “Tweet” from their Twitter accounts of not more than two hundred and eighty (280) characters exactly to @wheeloffortune containing the correct Puzzle Solution for the respective Daily Entry Period (“Sweepstakes Entry”). Participants will receive one (1) entry into the current daily sweepstakes if and only if they provide the correct Puzzle Solution from that day’s tweeted Puzzle from @wheeloffortune. Submission of incorrect Puzzle Solutions will not be considered for a prize award. Entries must be received during the Daily Entry Period for that daily sweepstakes. Limit one (1) Sweepstakes Entry per person/Twitter account per daily sweepstakes. Limit one (1) prize per person/Twitter account for the week of the Sweepstakes Period. Participants can only participate in the Sweepstakes under one Twitter account. Only the Participant registered under a particular Twitter account may participate in the Sweepstakes. Any Participant found to be using multiple Twitter accounts to enter the Sweepstakes will be disqualified. Proof of delivery or receipt of Sweepstakes Entries will not be deemed by Sponsor as proof of receipt (or entry). Any attempted form of participation in this Sweepstakes other than as described herein is void.
Prizes: Each of the daily prize winners will win one (1) Wheel of Fortune Bingo Game. Total ARV $14.99. Odds of winning a daily prize depend upon the total number of eligible Sweepstakes Entries received for that day. Terms and conditions subject to change without notice. Limit one (1) prize per person/family/household for the entire Sweepstakes. Prizes are not transferable. However, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, choose to substitute a prize of equal or greater value due to prize unavailability or for any other reason. Selection and Notification of Winners: For each daily sweepstakes, five (5) potential winners will be selected from all eligible Sweepstakes Entries for that daily sweepstakes. The first five participants to have the correct Sweepstakes Entry at the end of the Daily Entry Period will be the winner of that particular daily sweepstakes, subject to the requirements below. All potential prize winners (persons who were the first to have the correct eligible entry and whose entries were received according to the rules) will be contacted via Twitter Direct Message (“Direct Message”) from @wheeloffortune, notified of their prize status and asked to respond separately to an email address provided to them in the Direct Message within twenty-four (24) hours. Potential winners who do not respond by email to the email address provided within 24 hours of such notification for any reason will be automatically disqualified. Potential winners will then be contacted to confirm their eligibility and obtain further contact information for prize shipment. Once confirmed as an official winner, all winners will receive their prizes by mail at the address provided as part of the eligibility verification process set forth above. Prizes will be delivered within two (2) months of the close of the Sweepstakes Period. If a potential winner does not respond to the notification sent to their Twitter account in a timely fashion or, if he/she is found to be ineligible for any other reason, or if he/she cannot or does not comply in full with these Official Rules, and/or his/her potential winner notification Direct Message is returned as undeliverable, such potential winner will be disqualified, and, an alternate potential winner for that prize may be selected (in Sponsor’s sole discretion) from all remaining eligible Sweepstakes Entries received for that particular Selection Day. If a prize winner is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, his/her prize will be awarded in the name of his/her parent/legal guardian. Arbitration; Waiver of Injunctive Relief; Governing Law: Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, its enforcement, arbitrability or interpretation shall be submitted to final and binding arbitration, to be held in Los Angeles, County, California, before a single arbitrator, in accordance with California Code of Civil Procedure §1280 et seq. The arbitrator shall be selected by mutual agreement of the parties or, if the parties cannot agree, then by striking from a list of arbitrators supplied by JAMS. The arbitration shall be a confidential proceeding, closed to the general public. The arbitrator shall issue a written opinion stating the essential findings and conclusions upon which the arbitrator’s award is based. The parties will share equally in payment of the arbitrator’s fees and arbitration expenses and any other costs unique to the arbitration hearing (recognizing that each side bears its own deposition, witness, expert and attorneys’ fees and other expenses to the same extent as if the matter were being heard in court). Nothing in this paragraph shall affect either party’s ability to seek from a court injunctive or equitable relief at any time to the extent same is not precluded by another provision of this Agreement.
